Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Please note that cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. In most cases, 24-hour advanced notice will be required when cancelling an appointment unless we can fill that time-slot with another client. If unable to fill the time-slot, the client will be charged for the session and payment will be due before another session can be booked. 

No Shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged for their missed appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Late Arrivals: 

Late arrivals will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the time left in the appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the session. 

Declined payments: If payment is declined, the customer will receive a call and  emailed or printed invoice to be paid upon receipt and paid before another session can be booked for additional services. If payment is past 30 days, the customer will receive another telephone call and another e-mailed invoice due upon receipt plus 2% for late payment fee. If the invoice is still not paid after another 30 days, the client will be notified that the next step would be to send the debt to collections and will not be allowed to book services with the business again.  For NSF cheques, all NSF bank charges will be charged back to the customer along with the unpaid invoice amount for services rendered.
